At Knock Thrice, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Simply ensure your garments are in their original condition to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is free of any perfume or makeup marks.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
